Chloe has been working in the legal industry for over 13 years. She studied her law degree whilst working full time in a legal support capacity and was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court in 2017. In her first two years of legal practice, Chloe worked primarily in plaintiff personal injury litigation. Since moving into commercial law, Chloe remains committed to providing clients with a personalised and empathetic service. Prior to commencing her role at Hones Lawyers, Chloe had a varied practice acting for private, corporate and government clients in a range of different matters, including:

• compulsory acquisition matters for both affected landowners and local government.
• local court prosecutions, orders and investigations under the Local Government Act 1993, Companion Animals Act 1998, Roads Act 1993 and the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 and Local Land Services Act 2013.
• providing advice on a wide range of planning issues, including development control orders, easements, land use and zoning.
• commercial litigation in the District, Supreme and Federal Courts, including claims for misleading and deceptive conduct, professional negligence, breach of contract, defamation, bankruptcy, and injunctive relief.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys reading, travelling, collecting vinyl records, spending time with her boyfriend and cat, and attempting to obtain platinum trophies on PlayStation.”
